Return Policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 3 days after you received your items - which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order within 3 days after you received your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. Unless the product we receive back is damaged without having been reported as so, we will refund your order.

If you want to return the item, please contact us at support@queenya.com  using the following subject line: [Order Number] Refund (ex. 12345 Refund)

We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

No Refunds After 3 days Received Parcel:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 3 days since product was delivered or there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@queenya.com  using the following subject line: [Order Number] Damaged Item (ex. 12345 Damaged Item)

Requirements for Refund of Defective Item:

  • Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE shows that the items we sent were defective.
  • Refund request without VIDEO will not be entertained, as we need the proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
  • Refund process will take up to 2 weeks progression for verification purposes.
  • Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defective item.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Mintway Shop cannot be responsible for replacing the product or refunding the item.

Wrong Delivery Address Input:

The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address.  We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address. 

If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. 

If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination.

Requirements for Returns:
◦Must include a valid original purchase order number provided 

◦Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

◦Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

◦Customers are to pay the return postage for ALL NON DEFECTIVE returns.

◦For international outside of US, costumers are to pay the return postage for all returns.


Refunds will be issued after the returns are received.

 

Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us at support@queenya.com within 24 hours of purchase.

If the order is already shipped, it can not be canceled.
